Thank you for supporting Craft a Spell! Each of our products is lovingly handcrafted by a small team of passionate artists who put their heart and creativity into every piece. Because our items are personalized and made-to-order, we kindly ask that cancellations and returns be kept to a minimum unless there is an issue on our end. We strive to make your experience smooth and enjoyable and are always ready to help if any problems arise. Your understanding and support mean the world to us, and we’re here to resolve any concerns quickly and thoughtfully.
Cancellation policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
- If you still wish to cancel, it can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting 3% for payment gateway charges.
Returns policy
- Since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns.
- Returns will only be accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged product.
- To process a return, you need to record a clear, uncut, and unpaused video of the package being opened (an unboxing video), showing the seal being broken and the damage clearly visible.

Exchange Policy
- As our products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges.
- Exchanges will only be accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged product.
- Returns will be accepted from the customer within 5 days.
- To process an exchange, you need to record a clear, uncut, and unpaused video of the package being opened (an unboxing video), showing the seal being broken and the damage clearly visible.

Refund policy
Once we receive your product video, we will review it for processing.
We will send you the required documents to print and attach to the package for doorstep pickup by the delivery agent.
If pickup is not available for your address and pin code, in that case, you will be required to ship the product back to us.
Please ensure the item is repackaged carefully using the original box, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the product back to us, we will screen the product for any further damages or defects.
- Furthermore, once the refund request is approved we will refund your amount and it will get credited in your account within 48 hours in original payment method
